We wants you to be satisfied with your order. Yet due to hygiene reason, we do not allow returns or exchanges.(all hair stuff) Each order is carefully checked for damages before delivery.
In case of receiving damaged shipment or the shipment is lost, email or call us within 3 business days upon USPS,UPS, or FedEx delivery confirmation date. We will review the case first then we will issue a RMA Number for the further procedure.
Exchange is limited only for the identical items. Color change or style change is not allowed.
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized return fee.
We do not issue credit card refunds. Store credits will be issued. It will be valid for purchase any of the items in our collection.
We ship orders out within 48 hours of payment (except Sunday & Holidays). Within the U.S. we use the United States Postal Service 6-7 Day Priority Mail (unless overnight shipping is requested) , which includes the Tracking, and Insurance, and is FREE. Overnight shipping is $20.00 for up to 2 items, and $3.00 for each additional. For International buyers we use the United States Postal Service Global Express Mail, which includes the tracking, and insurance, and up to 5 Business day delivery (This is the fastest method of shipping). International shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 for up to 3 items, and $3.00 each additional.
